Job Description
J H May is a long established model making and engineering company specialising in bespoke prestigious projects for a wide range of creative and industrial clients.
We are looking for a dynamic and creative individual with a broad skill base to join our model shop team. The key disciplines are high level paint finishing, timber/metal/plastic fabrication, GRP moulding, resin moulding, 3D printing and laser cutting. A can-do attitude and eagerness to absorb and exploit new techniques/technology is very important to us. Our clients are often very demanding and push the boundaries in terms of time and what is even possible. As such, the ability to work as part of a tight knit team and contribute to technical problem solving is essential. This is a permanent position.
We are based close to London near to the M11/M25 interchange. Public transport is poor so your own transport is a must.
The salary is negotiable.
