Job Description
RSHP is an international architectural practice who has designed some of world's most iconic buildings. Our portfolio of projects ranges from the renowned Lloyd's of London building, a new distillery and visitor centre for The Macallan in Speyside, to The Leadenhall Building.
Currently, we are working on a range of high-profile projects, including 99 Bishopsgate, the Four Seasons Hotel in Taipei, the British Library Extension in London, and Bayeux Tapestry Museum in Normandy.
RSHP are looking for skilled Freelance Modelmakers to join our in-house Modelshop team to work on a range of exciting design projects. You'll work closely with our architects to create high-quality physical models that bring concepts to life.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in architectural modelmaking
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong craftsmanship and attention to detail
- Proficiency with workshop machinery including circular saw, band saw, disc sanders, pillar drill and laser cutter
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and architectural plans with good 2D and 3D CAD skills
- Flexible, reliable, and able to meet deadlines
