'Green Barn' / Foam Core Model / 1:50 Scale / 'Green Barn' is a 1:50 scale model of a barn conversion. This model was used for planning purposes and for the client to more fully appreciate a 3-dimensional version of the proposed development before construction began. The roof can be removed revealing the first floor. The first floor could then be removed to reveal the ground floor layout.

Made from foam-core, this approach provided a cost effective working model for future design and development planning. The roof areas are removable allowing for internal floor layout planning.
