About

Established in the UK in 1994, we are based in the countryside just outside the town of Marlborough (a few miles from the M4). Our studios and workshops are fully equipped with the latest equipment and CAD software, along with our mould making department, our large build area, and our spray facilities. Our friendly team members come from a variety of different backgrounds, including product prototyping, animation, and creative effects; this gives us a very wide range of experience across all areas of model design and construction, from CAD to woodworking, materials technology, and plastics fabrication.

When it comes to our staff, we believe in quality over quantity. All of our employees are hand-picked – we only employ the best! We all work across every department at one time or another, and each member of the team is trained in every aspect of our business to give us maximum flexibility whilst retaining a small, loyal, and highly-skilled team. Claymation - Worlds and figure traditionally modelled by hand, final model produced as resin castings.

Transformers - 9ft tall Transformer costumes for the Transformers tour.

Hard Rock Awards - We were commissioned by Hard Rock Café to produce award statues for their annual ceremony. These trophies were sculpted in clay and then moulded and cast out in resin, with a realistic gold finish applied afterwards.

Russian Doll - Giant fibreglass Russian Doll with complex spray masking.

Thomas the Tank Engine - Oversized rolling model, produced in fibreglass over a steel frame with a spray finish.

Grufallo - 1.8 metre tall Grufallo sculpted in modelling clay, final model produced as fibre glass cast.

Poseable Robots - Robots with fully poseable arms, grippers and heads, with LED lighting effects produced in fibreglass for a themed area.

Lightning McQueen Model - Life-size character model for launch of Cars 2. Fabricated from 7500 diecast miniature Cars characters laid out to represent the final character.
