Timber Models / We have seen a resurgence in demand for timber models over the past decade. Natural wood grain has a unique visual and tactile appearance which works well for presenting buildings in sensitive areas, sites of significance, or showcasing historical buildings with unique architectural detailing.

Sketch Models / Sketch models are an important way to capture early design ideas about a project. Using affordable materials such as card, foam board, or paper they are quick to manufacture, appear less finished than other types of models and form the basis from which further developments can take place.

Design Development / Our design development models are an excellent way to record creative thinking as your project goes through its design evolution. They often start off as simple block massing models. As a design progresses, detailed such as façades, internal floors, building cores, and an indication of the internal wall layouts evolve in the model.

Sectional Models / Sectional models allow the viewer to imagine themselves inside a building and in some cases to observe what the views out from might look like to offer an engaging experience. Usually constructed to around 1:50 scale they form a slice through a building to reveal the internal details such as floors, columns, stairs, atria, and cores.

Façade Models / Façade models are a great way to describe and detail building elevations. They are often made in materials that will communicate what the final building elevation will look like when constructed.
