Do you think through making? Question the obvious? Want to design at an architectural scale? We want to meet you.
We’re looking for early-career designers with a strong point of view who explore ideas through sketch, models, and prototyping, and turn them into compelling 3D proposals.
This is for you if
You’re graduating in 2026 (Bachelor’s or Master’s, Part 1, Part 2, or equivalent)
Or you’re a recent graduate with up to 3 years’ experience
What you bring
Curiosity and a strong creative spark
The ability to combine free and analytical thinking
Confidence working in 3D through sketch and modelling
A clear visual voice and ambition to grow
What you’ll gain
Real project experience at a global studio
Exposure to diverse ways of thinking and making
Space to grow your voice as a designer
