Wearable Theatre Prop Costume of the character "Oil Can" from the stop motion movie 'The Box Trolls' (2014, LAIKA). Custom made, EVA foam base, vision panels. Featured in 2024 Eisteddfod.
The design was hand-sculpted, molded in silicone and cast in fiberglass. Painted using airbrushing and hand painting techniques, damage was sustained, repairs were made before project completion, damage invisible from the front, repair is strong and unlikley to break

Re-imagined monster design for "The Creature from the Black Lagoon" (1954) Fiberglass display mask, with resin cast teeth, finished with airbrushing and hand painting techniques.

1:15 scale Lego brick and studs, made using 3D modeling software, laser cutter and 3D printer from MDF board and printer filament. Sanded to a smooth surface and spray painted.
Hand made Stop Motion Puppets for a hypothetical film. Squire and Jester. Every component including ball joints, replacement faces and eyes are hand made.
Jester features removable, poseable hat with control over every "limb" of the cap right down to the bells.
Squire has removable wig cap with poseable hair, using fine wires threaded through the cap.
