1:50 Scale replica model of the New York Sanctum Sanctorum from Doctor Strange, mostly based on the 1st Marvel Doctor Strange film and Concept Art for that film.
This building was made using -
Internal Pine Framework
Laser-cut MDF with Brickwork etched in designed on Rhino.
3D printed elements, drawn in Rhino (Windows, Door section, Columns, Balconies, roof details).
Chemiwood for the bottom limestone section.
Styrene Pieces - individually cut for the roof tiles.
Waterslide transfer for the detail in the Oculus window.
Various paint and weathering techniques.

Life-size replica of the Leviathan Axe from The God of War game franchise

Leviathan Axe

1:1 Lifesize replica of the Leviathan Axe
Made using a variety of processes and materials -
Handle and head sections hand-carved in chemiwood
Inlays & buttons drawn in Rhino, 3D printed, moulded and cast in coldcast resin with iron powder
Epoxy resin is used on the coloured buttons
The handle and Axe were separately moulded in MDF using the gun mould technique with silicone.
Cast individually in Fibreglass, then connected.
Painted using various techniques, spray painting, dry brushing, metallic effects.
Internal electronics added, with 3V battery hidden underneath one of the inlays, one of the gold buttons acts as a switch.
Leather strap painted and weathered using wax and pigment powder.
Base made from polystyrene, chemiwood, and plaster, then painted, with foliage added to complete.
Lasercut Logo from acrylic, mounted with steel rods into a base.

Handmade Model (apart from the frame), I do not want to always depend on using 3D printing or laser cutting in order to create a finished model

The house structure is made from foam and plaster
Wooden details are made from balsa wood
Branches are wire armatures wrapped in Apoxie Sculpt and given added texture
The main tree trunk is covered in tissue paper for texture
Swamp plants and texture are a mixture of sand, scenic foliage, and real branches
Cat tails are made from wire, and Apoxie sculpt, painted and textured
Lilypads are made from painted card, a balling tool, a wax finish, and hand-painted details; flowers are again made from card. Sitting on wire stems
Duckweed is a mixture of scale foliage and acrylic-painted dots
Signs are hand-cut and hand-painted
Static grass and fur, painted
2 part Epoxy resin pour was used for the swamp water
Flickering light in the chimney to give the effect of a smouldering fire
