This replica was scaled up from looking at the in game character model to make it as accurate as possible in real life. She was made from multiple polyurethane resin casts filled with hard expanding foam, with silicone moulds for each body part that were initially sculpted with alien clay over extruded polystyrene bases. Once assembled she was fully covered in rabbit fur from a repurposed second hand fur coat, with a hand sewn outfit and ingredient pouches, sculpted details such as a pile of rice and chillies, and a hand whittled ladle for serving her epoxy resin stew. The design on her shawl was hand painted to match the NPC's outfit design which shows off the games logo on the back.

The cocktail is made from epoxy resin, with polyurethane resin casted eyeballs, fingers, and teeth, which were all sculpted with alien clay and moulded in silicone. The intestines are made from thin layers of latex wrapped around teddy bear stuffing in a tube shape, and coated in a final layer of epoxy resin.
